This print depicts every mark of Lightning flown by the Royal
Air Force and illustrates all nine squadrons that flew the type
during its service life.
The centre-piece portrays one of the last airworthy Lightnings;
XS903 (BA), and F6 of No. 11 Squadron, RAF Binbrook, the last
unit to operate the type. The other aircraft featured represent
the following marks and squadrons
