LAST OF THE LIGHTNINGS

This print depicts every mark of Lightning flown by the Royal Air Force and illustrates all nine squadrons that flew the type during its service life.

The centre-piece portrays one of the last airworthy Lightnings; XS903 (BA), and F6 of No. 11 Squadron, RAF Binbrook, the last unit to operate the type. The other aircraft featured represent the following marks and squadrons
